I found the high tea idea quite charming. The menu looked delicious. ignatius at the azur bar created amazing mocktails. I definitely recommend trying them. the food was also lovely .

bad arrangement small space

the new year party was a letdown. the seating arrangement was totally bad. the space felt too small to host such a big event. it definitely wasn't worth the extra amount we paid. i won't be attending it next year.

overcrowded pool obstructed ocean view

The pool was smaller than it was in photos. It got overcrowded quickly. also, the promised 'ocean view' from my room was partially obstructed by a large tree. it felt misleading and quite annoying! the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. applied, twice.
